4. Measurement and evaluation of the outcomes of the program.

Advatnage Communications Getting Results: One of our success stories

The Client: A Local Government Authority
Increasingly, all levels of Government in Australia must be accountable to their customers. To achieve accountability, they must seek and listen to feedback. Telemarketing is an effective way to elicit opinions and comments from the public.
Advantage has been appointed by one of the largest local authorities in Perth to regularly survey ratepayers about works conducted in their vicinity. The authority supplies Advantage with the location of the works and a database of business and residential owners/residents. Advantage telemarketers survey the ratepayers about a range of issues: How well were they informed about the works before commencement? What did they think about the standard of workmanship? How much, if any, disruption did they experience while the works were in progress?

On completion of each survey, Advantage prepares a comprehensive report, enabling the authority to accurately gauge its ratepayers' response to the works and take measures to improve services for the future.
