Over time the company's Interactive Voice Response platform has developed in size and complexity, with the provision of various 1300, 1800, 1900, live operator and recorded information services, and credit card services. We now consider that we no longer offer a bureau service, we are a multi-functional portal, offering outsourced high tech solutions to our many customers.
