For example there is a developed process for only Councillor input or for both senior staff and Councillor input. Using these documents and a professional facilitator it is usual for the CEO Review to be completed and signed off within the one meeting timeframe. I have also developed a Councillor Review process that provides for Councillors to take time to look at their own performances and to make comment on how they see the Council operating.
